Ham.....

Like ham?  Serano or similar style dry cured ham?  This stuff is everywhere, hanging from the ceilings or walls of various food emporiums but also cafe's, furniture shops, grandma's house, lunchroom in the shoe store (maybe not but it seems like it....).  Now there is one conveniently packaged up so you can pop it in the mail, however, I am quite certain if I tried to mail one to Canada our ever pampering customs would find some reason I should not have it and thus would keep it and make their own loverly sandwiches.....
